Grandmaster Jin was Master Ong's first master during his youth and adolescence. During this period he was sent to learn from many masters in China. Later he learned from Grandmaster Gao Dao-sheng and Grandmaster Lao Pei-zhong.
Master Wasil trained under Master Ong for 23 years from 1960 to 1983. In 1998 he was able to travel to Taiwan to train directly with Master Gao.
